Our Brighter Pathways is a substance recovery program that can help you work towards your unique recovery goals, including getting and staying clean and sober, getting a job, or returning to school.

 

How we help

 

Services Include: 

  • Individual and group counseling

  • Skills development

  • Relapse prevention

  • Psychiatric services

  • Medication to reduce cravings and/or address your mental health concerns

  • Nursing exams and referrals to medical doctors

  • Peer services and accompaniment to appointments

  • Remote and community-based services available

  • Onsite pharmacy for psychiatric medication and medications for substance use recovery (MAT)

Who is eligible?

 

Adolescents 12 to 17 and adults 18 years and older who want to address their substance use, misuse, or addiction. Brighter Pathways accepts most third-party insurances, including Medicaid and Medicaid managed care plans.

Brooklyn Connected Care provides services regardless of a person’s ability to pay – this includes the underserved, those with little to no income, those that are insured as well as those who are uninsured or on Medicaid. Brooklyn Connected Care also provides care to active-duty military personnel and veterans.
