The Community Healthcare Network. comprises 14 federally qualified health centers throughout Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan, along with a fleet of mobile vans that bring health services to people in need throughout New York City. They provide judgment-free, high-quality healthcare, without regard to race, religion, orientation, gender identity, immigration status or ability to pay.
Each patient is connected with a primary care doctor and an expert team that includes nurse practitioners, social workers, health educators, nutritionists, dentists, podiatrists, and mental health therapists. If you need to see a specialist, CHN’s care team works together to coordinate this care and keep you on track.

Interfaith Medical Center is a multi-site community teaching health care system which provides a wide range of medical, surgical, gynecological, dental, psychiatric, pediatric, and other services throughout Central Brooklyn. They operate a modernized 287 bed hospital facility along with a network of ambulatory care clinics stretching across the Central Brooklyn communities of Crown Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Maimonides Medical Center is the largest hospital in Brooklyn. Among the largest independent teaching hospitals in the nation, Maimonides is at the forefront of innovative medicine. Maimonides has 711 beds and more than 70 primary care and sub-specialty programs.
Maimonides Children’s Hospital is the only recognized pediatric program with a full array of pediatric subspecialties in Brooklyn and is Brooklyn’s only Pediatric Trauma Center.

VA NY Harbor Healthcare System offers a variety of education, health, and counseling services to meet the needs of our nation's Veterans. The Brooklyn Campus, affiliated with State University of New York-Downstate (SUNY), has bed services in acute medicine, surgery, psychiatry and residential substance abuse. Specialized programs exist in comprehensive cancer care and non-invasive cardiology. The Cancer Care Program includes special expertise in palliative care and radiation oncology. Additionally, VA NYHHS has recently been approved for a Fisher House to be located on the Brooklyn Campus. A Women's Healthcare Center, with a dedicated mammography unit, exists offering comprehensive medical services to female veterans.
